Eating is one of the best ways to get to know Bullas, where appetite becomes culture. As for celebrating the flavours of the traditional dishes (potaje de hojas, rin-ran, ajoharina, chamorro, gachas migas, fandango, arroz con conejo y pelotas, torrijas, etc.), Bullas stands oyt with its wines, which have been awarded with the Origin Denomination. Yet the Romans had a wine settlement here, as it was proved by the finding of the 'Boy with the Grapes' sculpture in 1867 in the estate of Los Cantos.
