Wine Cellars

1. Bodega Balcona
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   Bodega Balcona is a family winery whose vineyards are situated in the Aceniche Valley, a very beautiful area in the nature that also has the best conditions for the cultivation of the vine. In Balcona winery wines are produced linking traditions that have passed for generations with modern technologies to get a quality product which is appreciated all around the world.
2. Bodega Carrascalejo
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   Belonging to the Pidal family, the Carrascalejo winery was founded in 1850. This lands are located between Bullas and Cehegin, 640 metres above sea level. The winery is situated underground the family noble house dated in the early 20th century. The special care of the vineyards, the vintage process and the grapes transport and the traditional wine-making method as well is a guarantee to get the best quelity of these wines.
3. Bodega Cooperativa Nuestra Señora del Rosario
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   This cooperative winery was founded in 1950 and since the following year has been producing wines from grapes coming from its members' vineyards. In the Rosario winery, the effort and dedication of the growers is combined with the most advanced techniques in the wine-making. It is the most important winery of the Bullas Origin Denomination area, with the 85 % of the total production.
4. Bodega Cooperativa San Isidro
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   This cooperative winery produces high quality red wines (mainly from the Monastrell grape variety) but also white wines (Macabeo variety). The combination of tradition and modern technology gets wines with a strong personality and intense colur, bouquet and flavour that keep the esence of an area dedicated to the wine growing from the point of view historical and vocational
5. Bodega García Noguerol
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   The winery is located in the neighbour town of Cehegin. It produces wines under the label "Alpargatero"
6. Bodega Los Ceperos
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   This winery is situated in the small valley of Los Ceperos, where it takes its name from. It is located in and old 18th century peasants house, where the wines are produced. The vineyards cover about 20 hectares, of which 60 % belongs to the Monastrell grape variety, enclosing the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as well. The wine-making in Los Ceperos winery pays special attention to the wine quality, a reality in this promise land dedicated to the vine.
7. Bodega Madroñal
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   Established in 2001, this family winery is located in a old traditional house of the historical centre of Bullas. Its vineyards are situated in the Cañada del Siscar area, so the trade mark of the wines is "Siscar". These are both young and crianza.
8. Bodega Molino y Lagares de Bullas
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   Molino y Lagares de Bullas started its activity in 2004 seeking a care about the enviornment with the aim of getting a balance in its vineyards and a high quality in the wines, Lavia and Lavia +. The winery is located in a natural area with a great landscape and environmental value, Venta del Pino, a long tradition wine area, too.
9. Bodega Monastrell
   Wine Cellars · Bullas
   It is a winery established in 2005 and it is named after the authoctonous grape variety, Monastrell. It is located in the Aceniche Valley and its innovating facilities produce high quality wines (Chaveo and Valché).
10. Bodega Tercia de Ulea
    Wine Cellars · Bullas
    Tercia de Ulea is a winery located in the neighbour town of Moratalla. It is an old farm house in the countryside, restored in the traditional way. It is one of the youngest in the D.O. Bullas
